Supplier development Creation and implementation of a best practice quality vision concerning strategies, policies, processes and procedures Supplier selection and qualification using benchmark methods Supplier evaluation through performance monitoring metrics Development of approved suppliers through supplier-specific action plans based on on-site reviews/audits and periodic assessment Periodic quality review and strategic target agreements Serial supplier integration with focus on minimizing supply risk and cost competitiveness

Your qualifications

Degree in business administration, engineering or a similar education Expertise and work experience, preferably in wind/energy industry Profound knowledge in developing new supply sources to improve cost competitiveness and consult between procurement and supplier Able to work on multiple phases, subtasks of projects or entire projects of moderate complexity with results affecting project completion Very good German and English language skills Good communication skills Experience in working with matrix organizations Good technical comprehension Proactive team player
